The CM, Dr YSR was in his elements while addressing a packed rally at Station Ghanpur near Warangal. He asked the people to question KCR and Chandrababu Naidu as to what exactly they had done for the people of Telengana. “Would KCR have started the TRS if he had been allotted a ministerial berth in the TDP?” questioned YSR? The crowd roared “No.” YSR also questioned how many projects had Chandrababu initiated for Telengana. “Has he built any homes for the poor?” the CM asked. The crowd again replied in the negative. “Has KCR ever conducted a padayatra to find out about the difficulties of the small and marginal farmers in Telengana?” the CM asked. To this too the crowd replied in the negative. And then came the clincher. The CM asked. “Which was the party that gave you a helping hand in your times of crisis”? A sea of hands shot up in the air. “Congress party kae mee vote” said the CM amidst a generous applause, before concluding the meeting.
