One after another Raju's men are getting replaced
One by one most of Ramalinga Raju's blue-eyed boys are resigning from Satyam as they fear that they will be asked to leave in the new scheme of things. Two high profile resignations that have already been confirmed are those of Virender Aggarwal and Gary Teelucksingh. VA (as Virender Aggarwal is known) is the regional business unit head for Asia Pacific and Middle East . VA was also on the board of Knowledge Dynamics and was considered one of Raju's favorite and close confidants. Gary Teelucksingh is senior vice president for Satyam Americas that comprises Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean region. Two senior associates in the SAP practice also have quit according to sources inside Satyam. They are Krish Kumaraswamy, the SAP Technology Practice head and Ramesh Babu, the second in command for the SAP business unit. This could be a major blow for Tech M as Gartner's magic quadrant rates Satyam's SAP practice very highly in its analysis. Vineet Nayyar of Tech M has a challenge on his hands in terms of realigning and retaining Satyam's resources and thereby its clients.
