Chiranjeevi sounded very confident not son long ago. He was sure that his party would bag a majority of the seats and he would form the government. But now that the voting is over, Chiru does not sound as confident as before.
Chiranjeevi is slowly reconciling himself to the fact that his PRP may get at best 35 to 50 seats. He is worried that if the congress party or the Telugu Desam falls short of a majority by about 15-20 seats, then his party MLAs could be poached. He is worried that his newly found party could see desertions and may even face a split.
Chiranjeevi is now trying to figure out ways and means to keep his flock together in case of a ‘hung’ assembly.
