In addition to providing free education for ST, SC, BC students seeking to pursue higher studies, the Congress Government, by next year, is planning to provide the same to the upper caste students who do not have the financial support to study on their own. The C.M made this comment while inaugurating the ‘Mega Job Mela’ organised by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation of at NTR stadium. ‘’One cannot guarantee whether the wealth given by the parents lasts lifelong but education does help for their development. The Congress Government has realised the importance of this, and decided to help the parents and taken their responsibility” said C.M in the Job Mela. He conveyed appreciation to the 90 companies that had come forward to offer jobs for over 10,000 unemployed graduates. He then went on to inaugurate the 13,667 houses constructed under Rajiv Gruhakalpa and JNNURM schemes in Ranga Reddy district.
