Chiranjeevi and KCR are aware that “money managers” from cash rich Congress are out to lure winning candidates from their parties. They are taking all measures that they can to fortify their winning assets. A source close to the PRP said that this election has cost the candidates a bomb. And if the right price were to be offered there are at least 5 candidates who will jump ship without blinking an eye lid. “These are people who have bet their family fortunes on this election. For them the huge money that is being offered will be too tempting to refuse”, the source said on the condition of anonymity. Similarly according to sources close to the party there are at least 4 TRS candidates, ready to join Congress if the need arises. More will join them too. These are people who believe that while their leaders are getting rich, their financial situation needs a large dose of Vitamin M. As they say everything is fair in love and war.
