Chandrababu Naidu really believes in stretching things to the wire. Toc checkmate an unyielding KCR, the TDP chief has decided to play the pressure game. He has fielded 22 TDP candidates in the 45 seats allotted to the TRS in the Maha Kutami. The B forms were issued from the office and filed on Monday. Naidu on his part denies issuing any B forms. The fact though is 22 TDP candidates have filed their nominations. And the pressure on the TRS was telling enough for KCR, who according to emerging reports has decided to withdraw from seats where the TRS is considered weak. The left parties have decided to play neutral and have confined themselves to issuing politically correct statements like “the maha kutami is still strong!” The worst hit in the latest turn of events is the TRS. KCR is forced to deal with dissidence from within and a battered image on the outside.
