The politburo meeting of TRS was convened earlier today in Telengana Bhavan. The chief members of the party headed by the party supreme, K.Chandra Sekhar Rao met and discussed on several issues like GHMC elections, indefinite fast programme, Jail Bharo programme which KCR had announced in Siddipet recently. The members also discussed few important issues like should TRS enter into an alliance with other political parties for the upcoming GHMC elections? In the course of this meeting, the party has called upon the people of Telengana to observe November 1st as the Vidrohula-Dinam. November 1st is celebrated as the AP formation day, but TRS is trying to propagate its agenda by saying that on this day, Telengana has been betrayed by merging it with Andhra and Rayalaseema. It has also called upon all the students and educational institutions in Telengana to boycott singing “Maa Telugu Talli ki…”. Earlier the education minister, Manikya Varaprasad had issued orders that this song should be sung in all schools across the state. We will have to wait and see how the students and people respond to this tirade of TRS.
