Praja Rajyam Party president Chiranjeevi is not in favor of Congress party but the same time he is neutral towards opposition party as well, he prefers to play safe, when it comes to attacking Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. On Thursday, the PRP had joined the Opposition in demanding a House committee to probe into the alleged illegal iron ore mining by Obulapuram Mining Corporation (OMC) owned by Karnataka Tourism Minister G Janardhan Reddy in Anantapur district, but when the entire opposition was attacking the government, Chiru did not join their voice.
