MLA Attacked by Chappals

Congress MLA from Mydukur constituency D L Ravindra Reddy had to face bitter experience in one of the villages in his constituency. DLR went to the polling booth and allegedly tried to intimidate the polling officials. When women voters standing in the queue objected to him, one of his gunmen kicked a woman and that raised tempers high. The angry women voters shouted at him and hurled chappals at him, causing injuries to him. Yet, DLR refused to move out of the place. Situation came under control after the police intervened.
