Chandrababu seems to be getting back into his stride with the GHMC election campaign. He has put the Rama rao episode behind him and is repeatedly hammering away at the unreasonable pressure that rising process are causing. He is not even criticizing the government too much. He is giving an impression that the Congress government is plain insensitive to criticisms. He is making ad hoc stops at bastis and listening to the crowds pour out their woes on prices. He acknowledges them by saying that “telusamma durbaram gaa vundhi mee paristhithi” and nods his head. He promises them that he will pressurize the government into a solution mode as quickly as he can. Before finishing a meeting he matter-of-factly tells the crowd “ee paristhuthalaku parishkaram mee chaethullo vundhi”. And they respond saying with cries of “TDP Zindabad” and “Chandrababu Vardhillali”. He smiles, something he has not done in a long while. And nods his head and gets back into the car.
